Job summary

Uber is seeking a Program Leader, AV Enablement, to define and drive enablement strategy for a major AV portfolio. You will translate business needs into scalable capability solutions, partnering with senior leaders to improve performance, customer experience, and readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Enablement, Learning & Development, Quality, Talent Development, Program Management, Consulting, or related fields.
• 2+ years experience in working in the AV industry.
• 3+ years of building and launching global enablement or quality programs from initial concept through deployment.
• Experience managing a global portfolio of 5+ concurrent enablement/quality initiatives across multiple regions.
• Experience presenting business reviews to Director- and VP-level executives across cross-functional units.
• Experience leveraging BI dashboards to connect enablement investments to business ROI and performance metrics.
• 2+ years of practical experience selecting, deploying, or managing AI-powered enablement technology (e.g., AI-assisted quality monitoring, speech/text analytics).
• Proven ability to lead and scale programs in a fast-paced, global environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the enablement strategy and roadmap for a strategic business portfolio.
• Translate business strategy into scalable capability-building initiatives.
• Lead a team of Enablement Program Specialists.
• Partner with Operations, Product, Content, Learning Design, Quality, Analytics, PMO, Learning Operations and others.
• Deliver measurable business outcomes through enablement programs.
• Balance investments across learning transformation, quality programs, and AI adoption.
• Drive governance, scoring, and calibration across regions and vendors.
