This founding role involves shaping structure, hiring, and operating rhythms, working with Sales, CS, AI Deployment, Product, and Engineering to connect customer ambition with business value.

Responsibilities

• Define global vision and operating model for Solutions Engineering.
• Lead pre-sales and post-sales SE across regions.
• Design structure, roles, and career paths; scale across Paris, NY, SF, London.
• Hire and develop SE talent; raise performance bar.
• Own the technical win and align with Sales to improve outcomes.
• Deepen post-deployment value and drive adoption of advanced use cases.
