Job summary

TaskUs USA LLC is seeking a Head of Delivery, AI Operations, to lead the delivery of AI services including data collection, annotation, adversarial testing, and model evaluation. The role focuses on Robotics and Physical AI, requiring strong cross-functional leadership and strategic direction.

The ideal candidate will drive global teams, collaborate with Sales, and develop production protocols across projects in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in operations leadership, with HITL/RLHF for LLMs, AV, or robotics.
• Deep understanding of LLMs, generative AI workflows, and multi-modal data.
• Strong interest and experience in robotics and physical AI tech.
• Excellent communication and leadership across global teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage delivery of AI services: data collection/annotation, adversarial testing, safety reviews.
• Lead a global team of Operations Managers to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Partner with Sales Enablement to scope and land new client proposals.
• Design protocols for delivery models including FTEs, remote workers, freelancers.
• Collaborate with Quality, Training, PMO, Sales, Product, and Engineering to advance automation.
• Foster high-performance culture and continuous improvement.
