Job summary

TaskUs is seeking a Head of Delivery, AI Operations, to lead training data collection and annotation, adversarial testing, and model evaluation for AI projects, with emphasis on Physical AI elements such as Robotics.

You will guide a global team of operations managers, collaborate with sales and product teams, and shape production protocols across centers, remote workers, and freelancers, in a fast-paced, learning-focused environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Operations leadership experience in HITL/RLHF/evaluation services or similar.
• Strong understanding of LLMs, Generative AI workflows, and data structures.
• Experience leading global teams in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage delivery of AI services: data collection/annotation, adversarial testing, content safety moderation.
• Lead a global team of Operations Managers to ensure on-time, under-budget delivery.
• Partner with Sales Enablement and Business Development to scope and land new proposals.
• Design and oversee specialized operations protocols across multiple delivery models (FT, remote, freelance).
• Collaborate with Quality, Training, PMO, Sales, Product and Engineering to advance automation.
• Foster a high-performance culture with continuous learning and improvement.
• Drive testing, iteration, and scaling of processes for efficient workflows.
