Immatics is seeking an Executive Director of Clinical Operations to serve as the operational deputy to the VP. You will translate clinical strategy into seamless portfolio delivery, build scalable capabilities, and lead the global execution of late-stage development and commercialization.

The role is global (US/ Germany; Remote) reporting to the VP, Clinical Operations, with a salary range of $270,000 to $300,000 and extensive opportunities for impact in oncology trials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific, nursing, or business discipline required.
• 15+ years of clinical research experience in biotech/pharma/CRO environments.
• 7+ years in senior, multi-functional leadership capacity.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day global Clinical Operations on behalf of the VP.
• Align Trial/Asset Operations, Site Operations, Biosample Operations, and Clinical Systems as one ecosystem.
• Bridge development milestones with operational realities and timelines.
• Oversee budget planning, headcount forecasting, and resource deployment.
• Govern CRO/vendor selection and performance metrics.
