Henry Schein, Inc. is seeking a Compliance Supervisor for export, domestic, and hazardous shipments at the Denver Distribution Center.

You will guide team members on compliance, ensure hazmat shipments meet requirements, and lead training using Power DMS and similar systems. You will supervise the Transportation/Hazardous function, hire staff, conduct performance reviews, and coordinate with regulatory affairs to implement changes.

Qualifications

• Thorough understanding of regulations applicable to export, domestic and hazardous shipments.
• In-depth knowledge of hazmat classifications, IATA/DOT regulations.
• Regulatory compliance across International, Federal, State and local levels.

Responsabilités

• Assess SDS requirements and obtain SDS from supplier.
• Classify items for hazmat shipping per regulations.
• Ensure shipments comply with applicable regulations.
• Supervise and hire/train team; conduct performance reviews and wage recommendations.
• Coordinate with customer service on shipment preferences for international/hazardous orders.
• Resolve hazardous shipment issues with field teams and carriers.
• Train TSMs on regulatory procedures and compliance tools.
