Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Finance, or related field.
• 4+ years of strategic sourcing including negotiations and global contract management.
• Experience with data analysis tools such as Advanced Excel, SQL, Tableau, Python.
• Experience in global supply chain management and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead sourcing for machined parts, capital equipment, software, services, and indirect commodities.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies and negotiate agreements and statements of work.
• Drive hardware delivery through the product life cycle from requirements to on-dock.
• Analyze trends to reduce cost and mitigate supply chain risks.
• Influence suppliers' manufacturing processes and technology decisions.
• Manage cross-functional projects to meet commitments and goals.
• Drive financial modeling of large, complex deals.
• Monitor supplier performance including cost, quality, and on-time delivery.
• Lead cross-functional meetings with clear notes and action items.
• Travel domestically and internationally as needed.
