Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate's or bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in a shipping, logistics, or supply chain coordination role.
• Certification in logistics or supply chain management (e.g., CSCP, CISP) a plus.
• Familiarity with Incoterms and international trade regulations preferred.
• Prior experience managing shipments of hardware, technology equipment, or other specialty products a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all aspects of the shipping process, including scheduling shipments and preparing documentation.
• Communicate with carriers and brokers to arrange transportation and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Track shipments and update stakeholders on order status and delivery timelines.
• Collaborate with Operations, Accounting, and Sales to fulfill orders accurately.
• Maintain records of shipments, costs, and tracking information; monitor carrier performance.
