Job summary

INSPYR Solutions is seeking a Project Coordinator III to support hardware development programs by coordinating engineering workstreams, schedules, prototype builds, deliverables, suppliers, and international shipments in Redmond, WA.

You will partner with Program Managers, Technical Leads, Engineers, Finance and Purchasing to track projects in Jira, manage action items, coordinate shipments, monitor SOWs and supplier deliverables, and build stakeholder dashboards in a fast-paced cross-functional

Responsibilities

• Coordinate engineering workstreams, project schedules, prototype builds, deliverables, suppliers, and international shipments.
• Collaborate with Program Managers, Technical Leads, Engineers, Finance, Purchasing and external partners.
• Track projects in Jira and manage action items; coordinate international shipping/receiving.
• Monitor SOWs and supplier deliverables; support purchasing activities and documentation.

Job description

Title: Project Coordinator - Hardware Engineering / International Logistics

Location: Redmond, WA

Duration: 12 months

Compensation: $29 - $49

Work Requirements: US Citizen, GC Holders or Authorized to Work in the U.S.

Summary

• The Project Coordinator III will support hardware development programs by coordinating engineering workstreams, project schedules, prototype builds, deliverables, suppliers, and international shipments.
• The role works closely with Program Managers, Technical Leads, Engineers, Finance, Purchasing, and external development partners. Key responsibilities include tracking projects in Jira, managing schedules and action items, coordinating international shipping/receiving, tracking SOWs and supplier deliverables, supporting purchasing activities, maintaining engineering documentation, and creating dashboards for stakeholders.
• This is a fast-paced and highly cross-functional environment, where international shipments can be high priority and require urgency and proactive follow-up.

Must-Have Skills

• International Shipping, Logistics & Receiving — experience with Asia is highly preferred.
• Jira, specifically within an engineering/development environment.
• Project Management / Program Coordination.
• Strong project scheduling and task/deliverable tracking.
• Experience coordinating multiple suppliers or external partners.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage changing priorities.
• Strong cross-functional communication skills.
• Ability to work proactively and independently.
• Experience building schedules/work breakdown structures and supporting resource planning.

Experience: 5-7 years.

Education: BA/BS degree or education in a related field.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• NPI (New Product Introduction) / new consumer hardware.
• Understanding of consumer electronics design and development processes.
• Experience working with cross-functional engineering teams.
• Hardware or consumer electronics background.
• Previous experience at FAANG companies, particularly Apple or Amazon.
• Experience in adjacent hardware-intensive industries such as aerospace, Boeing, or defense contracting.
