Job summary

AAC Technologies is seeking an Engineering Program Manager to lead the Thermal team’s product development from concept through mass production. This hybrid role is based in Cupertino, CA, with flexibility for partial remote work.

You will manage cross-functional programs, collaborate with China engineering and management, and own program delivery, scheduling, and risk mitigation across global teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 3-5 years of experience in program or product management.
• Experience with NPI cycles and hardware product development.
• Experience with supply chain operations or materials management.
• Experience in leading cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead global cross-functional teams to drive end-to-end product development from concept through launch, ensuring successful program execution.
• Drive program alignment by leading regular syncs and clearly communicating priorities, risks, and actions.
• Proactively identify risks and drive mitigation or recovery plans to keep programs on track.
• Be the main point of contact for commercial topics (quotes, POs, invoices) and coordinate with customer supply teams.
