• Experience leading complex hardware, electronics, interconnect, networking, or infrastructure programs.
• Proven ability to manage product development, qualification, NPI, and manufacturing ramp activities.
• Strong leadership of multi-function teams and major customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of high-value hardware/NPI programs.
• Own selected components, cable assemblies, test systems, or ramp activities.
• Coordinate development and delivery with engineering, product, operations, and supply chain.
• Manage requirements, schedules, milestones, qualification, testing, and production readiness.
• Develop and deploy test systems and verify data performance where needed.
• Align customer requirements with internal teams to meet commitments.
• Identify and resolve risks before they impact delivery.
• Provide status updates, dependencies, risks, and recommended actions to leadership.
• Drive commitments, issues, and escalations through to closure.
