Job summary

AAC Technologies is seeking an experienced engineering manager to join its Haptics team in Cupertino. This role includes building strong customer relationships, prioritizing engineering activities, and coordinating customer visits to the AAC factory.

Qualified candidates will have a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering and 3+ years of experience in a technical setting. Strong technical knowledge, organizational skills, and effective communication skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• 3+ years work experience in a technical setting.
• Very well organized, both digitally and physically.
• Comfortable communicating with all levels of employees and management.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize, delegate, and supervise all engineer’s activities.
• Act as technical interface for customer team in Cupertino.
• Coordinate and support customer visits to the AAC factory.
• Travel internationally to assist with customer visits.

Skills

Ability to understand complex mechanical assemblies

Experience with sheet metal, MIM, CNC, and plastics design

Familiar with statistical process control

Working knowledge of GD&T

Computer skills (PowerPoint and Excel)

Fluent in English

Preferred Mandarin speaking
