Amphenol Communications Solutions (ACS) seeks a Technical Program Manager to own end-to-end execution of complex customer hardware and NPI programs in Santa Clara, CA. You will connect customer priorities with internal teams, translate commitments into clear plans, and proactively manage risks to ensure on-time delivery.

The role focuses on aligning Engineering, Product Management, Operations, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, and Sales to meet commitments, manage dependencies, and drive

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years in leading complex hardware, electronics, interconnect, or infrastructure programs.
• Proven ability to manage major customers and coordinate multiple internal functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of high-value hardware programs supporting GPU clusters for AI.
• Own components and assembly ramp activities.
• Coordinate development and delivery across cartridge solution interfaces.
• Manage requirements, schedules, testing, and production readiness.
• Develop and deploy BERT validation systems.
• Align teams across Engineering, Product, Operations, and Supply Chain.
• Identify and resolve technical and supply-chain risks.
• Provide clear status and decisions to leadership.
• Drive commitments and closure of issues.
