Job summary

TriSearch seeks a Program Product Manager in Charleston, SC to own the end-to-end development process for our hardware products. You will bridge internal teams and overseas manufacturing partners, driving milestones, dependencies, and on-time launches.

You will manage a master schedule, coordinate cross-functional deliverables, and negotiate with vendors across Asian time zones. This hybrid role requires in-office presence 4 days/wk and strong organizational skills.

Qualifications

• 5 to 8 years of experience in program, project, product management, or related operations.

Responsibilities

• Own full product development lifecycle from prototyping to mass production.
• Drive master development schedule with milestones, dependencies, and risks (e.g., Asana).
• Directly manage overseas contractor liaison coordinating factory visits, quality and packaging inspections, and translation support.
• Negotiate with overseas factories and development partners across Asian time zones to protect timelines and budgets.
• Coordinate cross-functional deliverables across Design, Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, and Legal.
