IMC Trading seeks a Senior Sourcing Lead – Hardware to own the global hardware category, including GPU/accelerated compute, servers, networking, and storage hardware across trading infrastructure and AI clusters.

This role emphasizes executive-level vendor relationships, long-term commercial advantage, and supply assurance, with a base salary range and discretionary bonus. Collaboration with infrastructure engineering and finance leaders is essential.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in strategic sourcing or vendor management for technology hardware.
• Experience negotiating with OEMs and silicon providers (e.g., NVIDIA, Dell, Lenovo).
• Global experience across US, EU, and APAC supply chains and legal entities.
• Strong financial and analytical skills including TCO modeling and CapEx planning.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute the global hardware category strategy and executive-level vendor partnerships.
• Lead negotiations for high-value OEM and master supply agreements with favorable terms.
• Own GPU and long-lead component supply assurance and lead-time risk management.
• Aggregate hardware demand across regions to maximize volume leverage and standardize specifications.
• Drive measurable cost optimization across third-party hardware spend with TCO modeling.
• Provide coaching to sourcing managers on hardware category execution and best practices.
• Represent Procurement as trusted advisor to infrastructure leadership on hardware investments.
