Job summary

IMC Trading seeks a Senior Sourcing Lead for Storage and SaaS to own two global categories. The role spans software-defined storage platforms and a broad SaaS portfolio, including AI vendors, renewals, and license optimization.

You will govern commercial terms, lead high-value negotiations, and drive FinOps governance across consumption-based software spend. Collaboration with engineering, security, and finance is essential for risk and investment decisions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in strategic sourcing or vendor management across infra and enterprise software.
• Experience with storage at scale and SaaS renewals and license optimization.
• Experience leading technical POCs and vendor evaluations with engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute global storage category strategy across storage platforms and services.
• Own and execute global SaaS category strategy, renewals, license optimization, vendor consolidation.
• Lead negotiations for high-value storage and enterprise SaaS agreements.
• Drive FinOps-style governance for consumption-based software spend.
• Build vendor relationships across storage providers, OEMs, and AI software vendors.
• Collaborate with storage engineering, security, and finance on capacity and risk.
• Monitor market trends to identify savings and risk.
• Coach sourcing managers and buyers on storage and SaaS execution.
• Represent Procurement to leadership on storage and software investments.
