Autodesk is seeking an Enterprise Asset Program Manager to lead the hardware asset management program across PCs, Macs, and mobile devices. This hands-on role owns the data accuracy, lifecycle processes, and cross-department governance, driving cost discipline and strategic optimization.

The role covers governance, catalog standards, lifecycle operations, and financial planning for a global asset population. Strong CMDB/ServiceNow skills and ITIL experience are highly valued.

Formación

• Minimum 7 years of experience owning enterprise asset management programs end-to-end.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a relevant field.
• Experience at large enterprise scale (50,000+ assets) with complex stakeholders.
• Hands-on CMDB/ServiceNow data integration, including data hygiene and governance practices.
• End-to-end asset lifecycle management across device types, including mobile devices.
• Experience with ITIL change/release management.
• Strong financial acumen with budgeting, forecasting, and cost management.
• Ability to build and present governance materials for senior leadership.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with HR, Finance, Procurement, Security, and technical stakeholders.
• Global operations across time zones; cross-region collaboration preferred.
• Experience with AI tools related to assets is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Define the program's strategy, roadmap, and operating model with cross-functional governance.
• Establish and enforce a hardware governance framework and standards with catalog tiers.
• Own customization/type governance for non-standard requests and manage vendor relationships.
• Work across departments in an advisory and architectural capacity, including global VAR relationships.
• Define and implement persona-based hardware standards and device catalog tiers.
• Evaluate customization requests on technical merit and distinguish needs from preferences.
• Build a compliance and security vetting process for new hardware models.
