Autodesk is seeking an Enterprise Asset Program Manager to own the hardware asset lifecycle across 21,500 employees and 60,000+ devices, including PCs, Macs, and mobile devices. This hands‑on role builds and operates asset processes and governance as the trusted system of record.

You will define strategy, standards, and cross‑functional governance with Finance, Procurement, Security, and IT, drive automation and data quality, and lead cost discipline across a multi‑million dollar program.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of enterprise asset management experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Demonstrated experience operating at large enterprise scale with complex stakeholder networks.
• Hands‑on CMDB/ServiceNow data integration, data hygiene, and governance.
• Experience managing full asset lifecycle across devices, including mobile.

Responsibilities

• Define program strategy, roadmap, and operating model with governance cadences.
• Establish hardware governance framework and standards; manage exceptions outside catalog offerings.
• Own lifecycle operations from procurement to secure disposal across device types.
• Drive asset data accuracy, reconciliation, and integration with discovery, endpoint management, and ITSM systems.
• Lead hardware financial planning, budgeting, and KPI reporting to senior leadership.
