Job summary

Autodesk is seeking an Enterprise Asset Program Manager to own the end-to-end hardware asset lifecycle across PCs, Macs, and mobile devices. You will implement governance, data accuracy, and cost discipline while delivering multi-million dollar hardware programs globally.

You’ll lead cross-functional collaboration with Finance, Procurement, Security, and HR, build a trusted asset data foundation, and drive automation and improved reconciliation across systems, including CMDB and ITSM integration.

Qualifications

• 7+ years owning enterprise asset programs end-to-end.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Experience at large enterprise scale (50,000+ assets).
• Hands-on CMDB/ServiceNow data integration and governance.
• Full asset lifecycle across device types, incl. mobile.
• Experience with ITIL change/release management.
• Strong financial acumen: budgeting, forecasting, cost management.
• Ability to present governance docs and status to senior leadership.
• Cross-functional collaboration with HR, Finance, Procurement, Security.
• People leadership is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Define program strategy, roadmap, and governance cadence.
• Establish hardware governance framework and standards.
• Manage customization and exception governance processes.
• Collaborate across departments and manage vendor relationships.
• Define persona-based standards and catalog tiers.
• Evaluate upgrade requests on technical merit.
• Build security and compliance vetting for new hardware models.
• Establish lifecycle controls from request through disposal.
• Improve asset database accuracy and data matching standards.
• Integrate asset data with discovery, CMDB, and ITSM workflows.
• Drive automation of asset tracking and reconciliation.
