Job summary

Siemens AG in a global capacity is seeking a Global GTM Director (f/m/d) for Enterprise Simulation. This role focuses on expanding Enterprise Simulation, building executive relationships with Engineering VPs, CIOs, CTOs, and CAE executives, and shaping multi-year transformation opportunities across key accounts.

You will lead cross-functional teams, align Sales, GSP, IST, Services, and Product to pursue strategic opportunities and drive growth worldwide.

Qualifications

Deep industry and market expertise in simulation, engineering software, and enterprise technology.
Strong executive presence and ability to engage C-level stakeholders.
Proven leadership across global, virtual teams, coaching Sales/Presales.
Strategic account leadership to position Enterprise Simulation as a growth driver.
Solid understanding of SPDM, Enterprise Computing, and HPC ecosystems.
Extensive experience in enterprise software, engineering tech, or digital transformation sales.

Responsibilities

Define and execute the Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy for Enterprise Simulation and SPDM.
Build and strengthen executive relationships within strategic accounts.
Drive pipeline and revenue growth through targeted account strategies.
Orchestrate cross-functional teams across Siemens, Services, Partners, and Alliances.
Strengthen market leadership by tracking trends and shaping thought leadership.
Advise and coach regional sales leadership on strategic enterprise pursuits.
