Job summary

Pinkerton is seeking a GSOC Security Support Operator to monitor alarm systems, access control, and CCTV for high-priority sites. The operator will dispatch responses, support day-to-day GSOC operations, and maintain clear communication with internal teams and clients.

The role requires handling confidential information, working in a fast-paced environment, and conducting investigations following SOPs. Evening and weekend shifts are possible, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required with law enforcement, military, or two years in security operations.
• Knowledge of CCTV and physical access control systems.
• Strong organization and planning skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Able to handle highly confidential information and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Represent Pinkerton's values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence.
• Respond to alarms and investigate root causes following SOPs.
• Dispatch responses to alarms for various locations and incidents.
• Produce security reports and alerts for stakeholders.
• Answer emergency and non-emergency calls from employees and vendors.
• Review CCTV footage to investigate events and incidents.
• Coordinate responses with internal and external teams.
• Provide excellent service to clients and executives.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
