Allied Universal is seeking a GSOC Operator in Dallas to monitor multiple screens, assess incidents, and support safety for our clients across industries. You will use access control, alarm monitoring, and BI tools to detect and alert on issues affecting people, property, or brand image.

The role emphasizes incident analysis, calm problem solving, and collaboration with supervisors to safeguard client sites and assets within a dynamic GSOC environment.

Qualifications

• At least high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.
• Background investigation required per laws; qualified applicants with criminal histories will be considered.
• Licensing as required by state/local laws; driver’s license may be required for driving positions.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by executing safety and security procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly and effectively.
• Investigate alarms and coordinate with security patrols, Fire, or Police as needed.
• Assist employees with safety and security concerns across company locations.
• Monitor travel safety and security for the company’s personnel.
