Job summary

Allied Universal is a leading security and facility services company. As a Security Officer - GSOC Operator, you will support clients across Commercial Real Estate, Healthcare, Education, Government and more, in a GSOC environment monitoring screens and using access control and alarm systems.

Under the guidance of the GSOC Supervisor, you will detect, analyze, and alert on incidents that affect people, property or brand, and coordinate with local authorities when needed.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent or five years of verifiable security experience.
• Minimum of two years of military, law enforcement, government, or security experience.
• Background check will be conducted in accordance with applicable laws.
• Licensing requirements vary by state and local regulations and may be required before employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out safety and security procedures and emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Investigate alarms and respond by sending security patrol or alerting Fire/Police as needed.
• Assist company employees in all concerns pertaining to safety and security.
• Monitor travel safety and security of company employees.
