Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. in Chicago seeks a Global Partner Development Manager – GSI to drive global partnerships with one or two strategic GSIs, grow Agentic AI adoption, and lead migrations to AWS across customers.

You will build C-level relationships, craft multi-year joint plans, and negotiate strategic agreements with AWS executives and the partner. This role reports into the AWS partner development leadership and focuses on top-line growth through shared initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or higher required.
• 7+ years of sales, business development, and product and program management experience at a leading consulting company or global systems integrator.
• Experience meeting quotas and KPIs; sales experience across industry and technology domains.

Responsibilities

• Develop extensive executive and senior management relationships within partner organization.
• Articulate a compelling vision and value proposition to Partner executives.
• Develop multi-year commercial value propositions to support large deals and migrations with the strategic Partner.
• Help the partner set up their business to manage large-scale migrations and cloud journeys.
• Drive co-development of GTM solutions and Agentic AI adoption with the Partner.
• Manage revenue targets with partner and AWS sales to achieve goals.
• Prepare business reviews for AWS senior management.
