Job summary

Snyk is seeking a Lead GSI Director in Boston to own and grow strategic partnerships with Global System Integrators, with Accenture as the primary partner. You will turn partner relationships into sourced and influenced pipeline, joint solutions, and closed business across regions.

You will join the Global Alliances team and collaborate with regional leaders, Sales, Solutions Engineering, and Marketing to embed SI activity in the broader alliances strategy.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of direct GSI experience with GSIs or ISVs.
• Deep knowledge of the cloud native and security GSI landscape.
• Ability to navigate a matrix organization and drive results.
• Proven ability to grow multiple partners and manage complex campaigns.
• Strong networking, communication, and strategic thinking.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute the strategic global partner plan for Accenture and other GSIs.
• Drive sourced and influenced pipeline with partners and set joint targets.
• Collaborate with regional Alliances to embed SI activity within the broader landscape.
• Support field sales teams in joint business pursuits with SI partners.
• Develop and grow relationships with partner executives and field and technical leaders.
• Position Snyk as the preferred DevSecOps vendor for developers and coordinate joint solutions.
• Adapt and execute joint business plans across territories and future iterations.
• Keep global and regional teams aligned on Snyk and SI collaboration.
