Job summary

Corpay is seeking a Director of Corporate Strategy to shape and execute the company’s global growth agenda. You will partner with the CEO, senior leadership, and business lines to drive growth through rigorous analysis, market research, and executive-ready recommendations.

The role combines strategy ownership with hands-on execution, working across partnerships, corporate development, and internal consulting to advance M&A strategy and significant growth initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5-10+ years in strategy consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy, corporate development, business analytics, or related field.
• Strong analytical toolkit: market sizing, business case development, competitive analysis, financial modeling.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; can turn complex analysis into executive narratives.
• Ability to own multiple ambiguous projects and drive workstreams to execution.
• Strong relationship-building with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
• High ownership, curiosity, discretion, and willingness to do hands-on work.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Growth Strategy & Strategic Planning: Own initiatives tied to growth priorities and CEO-sponsored projects.
• Internal Consulting & CEO Projects: Serve as internal partner for growth questions and governance materials.
• Partnerships & Build/Buy/Partner Strategy: Evaluate paths for new growth and conduct partner studies.
• M&A Strategy & Corporate Development: Support market mapping, target profiles, and due diligence materials.
• External Advisors: Scope and manage external consultants; translate work into actionable recommendations.
