Keysight Technologies seeks a talented strategic planner to join its digital health business team. The role will define global growth strategy, roadmap, and collaborate with cross-functional teams across regions to execute growth initiatives.

You will drive VOCs, market research, and customer engagement to shape opportunities and partnerships in MedTech and digital health sectors. The position emphasizes strong business acumen, industry exposure, and the ability to lead complex, global projects

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent.
10+ years of strategic planning, business development, upstream marketing, or custom applications.
Strong business acumen and fast learners.
Self-motivated and results-driven with minimal supervision.
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced global environment.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

Conduct VOCs and market research to identify meaningful industry and customer needs.
Analyze industry and customer needs to identify impactful business opportunities and establish strategies to capture them.
Define a winning solution roadmap and drive implementation with R&D and cross functional teams.
Engage with key customers and lead requirements gathering and validation throughout development processes.
Develop in-depth industry knowledge and propose potential external partnerships and M&A opportunities.
Be the industry thought leader and consultant to group and business level managers.
