Qualifications

• 15+ years in international business development or related fields.
• 6+ years of leadership in global partnerships or growth initiatives.
• Experience in infrastructure finance and asset-intensive businesses preferred.
• MBA or CFA preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance / Economics / Business Administration or engineering management.
• Proven ability to negotiate cross-border agreements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute global business development strategies aligned with financial objectives.
• Identify international market opportunities, new revenue streams, and strategic investments.
• Establish relationships with financial institutions, investors, enterprise clients, and international partners.
• Lead negotiations involving cross-border agreements and strategic alliances.
• Evaluate business opportunities through financial modeling and market analysis.
• Develop revenue forecasts, pricing strategies, and financial business cases for expansion.
• Partner with Finance on budgeting, capital allocation, and financial performance planning.
• Assess project financing opportunities and expected investment returns.
• Identify opportunities involving infrastructure finance and institutional partnerships.
• Build and manage a pipeline of high-value international opportunities.
• Evaluate joint ventures and market entry partnerships.
• Monitor international market risks and profitability.
• Collaborate with Finance, Operations, and leadership on strategic growth initiatives.
• Present projections and proposals to senior leadership.
