Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance, Accounting, Business Management, or related field.
• 3+ years of manufacturing, operations, finance, supply chain, account management, or related leadership roles.
• Strong P&L management, pricing, business analytics, and profitability analysis.
• Experience managing customer relationships in manufacturing, pharmaceutical, healthcare, or regulated industries.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and strengthen strategic relationships with pharmaceutical customers, serving as their primary business partner.
• Own and manage customer P&L performance, driving revenue growth, profitability, and operational excellence.
• Identify and pursue opportunities for organic business growth and expanded customer partnerships.
• Lead customer proposals, pricing strategies, contract execution, and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
• Partner closely with operations, supply chain, quality, finance, and manufacturing teams to deliver exceptional customer outcomes.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on customer satisfaction, productivity, and cost optimization.
• Support site leadership in defining and executing strategic business objectives.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, quality standards, and company safety requirements.
