SpaceXSI seeks a strategic, data-driven Director of Global Growth Marketing & Sales Enablement to lead ads insights, measurement, and analytics. Own the growth strategy, collaborate with sales, product, and engineering, and scale enablement programs to drive revenue growth and campaign effectiveness.

You will partner across teams to define KPI frameworks, dashboards, and action plans, while guiding a talented marketing and analytics organization in a fast-paced, privacy-conscious ad tech

Qualifications

• 10+ years of growth marketing, digital advertising, measurement, or sales enablement.
• Leadership experience managing marketing/analytics teams in a high-growth environment.
• Bachelor’s degree required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop growth marketing and analytics teams.
• Define and execute growth strategies to grow advertisers and campaigns.
• Own insights and measurement agendas with dashboards and analyses.
• Translate data into recommendations to increase revenue and ROI.
• Scale sales enablement programs with playbooks and tools.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to influence roadmaps.
• Set KPIs and reporting cadences for marketing impact.
• Drive cross-functional go-to-market alignment for Ads.
• Recruit and mentor high-performing talent.
