Job summary

SpaceX is seeking a Starlink Product Growth Director focused on pricing and monetization strategy. You will own pricing structures, in-market value propositions, and cross-functional performance reporting to drive subscription and service growth.

You will model financial impact, build a growth scoreboard, and coordinate with GTM teams worldwide to align targets and actions. The role requires leadership in a fast-paced, high-scrutiny environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, engineering, or STEM.
• 7+ years in pricing, monetization, financial planning, strategy, growth analytics, or related role.
• Experience leading pricing initiatives and plan architecture for complex products.

Responsibilities

• Recommend and validate product pricing and service plan pricing structures; build pre-launch impact model and post-launch readout with finance input.
• Partner with global GTM teams on value propositions and willingness to pay; track performance by market.
• Own growth metrics and scoreboard; identify gaps and owners by market and timeline.
• Maintain view of in-market needs and align with Growth Central and GTM on numbers.
• Support go-to-market operations and ensure timely delivery of requests from Growth Central.
• Serve as connective tissue between in-market GTM and Growth Central for forecasts and asks.
• Build pricing and performance toolkit to enable review, challenge, and shipment.
