You will translate platform strategy into compelling promotional content, manage cross-functional stakeholders, and oversee activation plans with a data-driven approach. Domestic and international travel is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
• 5 years of dynamic business experience in Marketing, Agency, Public Relations or related functions.
• 2+ years in Medical Device or healthcare regulated environment preferred.
• Demonstrated experience developing and executing brand campaigns for the healthcare community.
• Orthopedics experience preferred.
• Experience interacting with surgeon customers and sales force; sales experience beneficial.
• Ability to work effectively in an ambiguous environment with informed decisions.
• Demonstrated ability to partner cross-functionally in a matrixed organization.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Hands-on, fast-paced, customer-focused environment experience; worldwide/international preferred.
• Travel approximately 20% domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Market and Customer Insight – Understand trauma market dynamics, customer needs, and regional differences to strengthen platform story.
• Narrative and Messaging – Evolve global VOLT narrative, messaging architecture, and value proposition for priority audiences.
• Agency Leadership – Lead advertising, digital, PR, and other agency partners from briefing to delivery.
• Global Promotional Strategy – Develop a comprehensive global plan with priorities, channels, investments, and activation roadmaps.
• High-Impact Asset Development – Lead creation of high-quality marketing assets and content.
• Global and Regional Partnership – Collaborate with regional teams for localization and activation.
• Campaign Activation and Measurement – Drive rollout, provide activation guidance, and measure impact.
