Johnson & Johnson's DePuy Synthes is seeking a Marketing Manager, Global Growth Marketing, Trauma, based in West Chester, PA, to lead global promotion of the VOLT Plating Platform. This role shapes messaging, builds scalable campaigns, and collaborates with agencies and regional teams to drive awareness and growth.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
• 5+ years of dynamic business experience in Marketing, Agency, PR or related fields.
• Minimum of two years in Medical Device or healthcare regulated environment preferred.
• Demonstrated experience developing and executing brand campaigns for the healthcare community.
• Orthopedics experience is preferred.
• Experience interacting with surgeon customers and sales force preferred.
• Willingness to travel ~20% (domestic and international).
