Johnson & Johnson MedTech in West Chester, PA is recruiting a Marketing Manager for Global Growth Marketing, Trauma, to lead global promotion of the VOLT Plating Platform. You will shape messaging and build campaigns that scale across markets.

Collaborate with regional teams, agencies, and cross-functional partners to drive awareness, engagement, and growth while managing assets and programs in a fast-paced, regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in marketing, agencies, PR or related functions.
• At least 2 years’ Medical Device or regulated healthcare experience preferred.
• Experience developing and executing brand campaigns for healthcare audiences.
• Orthopedics experience preferred; interaction with surgeons and sales teams beneficial.
• Ability to work in a matrixed organization and partner cross-functionally.
• Willingness to travel approximately 20%, including weekends.

Responsabilités

• Develop and lead a global promotional strategy for the VOLT Plating Platform.
• Translate platform strategy into differentiated messaging.
• Lead agency partners from briefing through delivery with scope, timelines, and budgets.
• Create scalable campaigns and high-impact assets for global markets.
• Collaborate with regional teams for localization and activation.
• Measure performance and apply insights to refine plans.
