Job summary

Chaos seeks a Senior Director of Growth (Digital) Marketing to own global strategy, execution, and P&L for direct digital and e-commerce. This role scales a €10M+ ARR target and drives Chaos Product-Led Growth and demand generation across international markets.

You will lead a 10+ person marketing organization across five sub-teams, manage budgets, and work hands-on with campaigns, SEO/GEO, web optimization, content, and influencer strategies to achieve growth milestones.

Qualifications

• Significant senior leadership experience in digital marketing.
• Proven P&L ownership for multi-million euro ARR.
• Experience in B2B SaaS with digital onboarding and low-touch conversion.
• Ability to lead large multi-disciplinary teams and drive performance.
• Strong analytics, data-driven decision making, and budgeting skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute global growth strategy for digital channels and e-commerce.
• Lead a matrixed team of 10+ marketers across sub-teams.
• Report marketing performance to the CRO and manage budgets.
• Own SEO, GEO, paid, influencer, and ABM initiatives across markets.
• Oversee marketing technology, data, and AI-enabled processes for efficiency.
