This senior leadership position drives growth strategy and execution across TPM globally, collaborating with Divisional Sales, Product Management and Aftermarket teams to accelerate expansion and profitability. The role centers on business development and growth strategy, with marketing communications supported by the P&AI Division Marketing Shared

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of oil & gas and process industries.
• Experience in business development, strategy, or growth leadership within a global, matrixed organization.
• Ability to use AI tools to improve productivity, decision‑making, work quality, and to reduce costs.
• Proven ability to translate strategy into executable initiatives with measurable commercial outcomes.
• Strong analytical skills, including market analysis, financial modeling, and competitive assessment.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and influence skills across cultures and organizational levels.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead execution of the global growth strategy aligned with TPM BU priorities.
• Drive execution of critical growth initiatives with measurable impact on orders growth, market penetration, margin expansion, and global capability development.
• Align divisional, regional, and business-level priorities to focus on high-value growth opportunities.
• Identify and prioritize strategic growth opportunities at regional and country levels with leadership.
• Lead market analysis, voice-of-customer activities, and competitive assessments to support investment decisions.
• Communicate growth priorities to stakeholders to support planning and execution.
• Partner with Sales and Aftermarket teams to support growth-focused strategies, including key account development and pricing approaches.
• Cultivate senior-level customer and partner relationships to shape long-term growth strategies.
