Netflix is seeking a Manager to drive global growth for themed consumer-facing experiences, including ticketed, food & beverage, and retail offerings. The role is based in Los Angeles, partnering with the Head of Experiences to scale across UCAN, EMEA, LATAM, and APAC.

You will build strategies, P&Ls, and financial models, analyze markets, and influence cross-functional teams. MBA preferred but not required; strong Excel and communication skills are essential.

Qualificações

• 6+ years of experience in highly demanding and analytical environments.
• Background in live experiences, themed entertainment, IP, or hospitality is a plus.
• MBA is preferred but not required.
• Strong in Excel and complex financial modeling.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to synthesize insights.

Responsabilidades

• Develop strategies to scale the business across UCAN, EMEA, LATAM, and APAC.
• Lead long-range planning with execution impact and in-market measures.
• Develop and manage business models and P&Ls to optimize reach and guest satisfaction.
• Apply innovation to disrupt consumer interactions with Netflix stories and test ideas.
• Conduct market research and competitive analyses to inform strategies.
• Inform title/audience prioritization and decisions with data and frameworks.
• Support brand and franchise strategy with Content and Marketing teams.
• Create memos and presentations to communicate succinctly to stakeholders.
• Influence a broad range of stakeholders, executives, and external partners.
