Job summary

Netflix is seeking an experienced Occasions Administrator to lead our events strategy and execution in the CEE region, reporting through Warsaw-based leadership. You will design the events program, manage cross-functional teams, and oversee budgeting, vendor management, and stakeholder communications to drive brand and title conversations.

Based in Tallahassee or flexible location, you will partner with marketing, comms, and content teams to create high-impact experiences and measurable outcomes

Responsibilities

• Lead the CEE events strategy and execution in collaboration with marketing and PR.
• Oversee end-to-end project management, pitches, and show flows.
• Plan budgets, staffing, and resource allocation for events.
• Coordinate with comms, content, and country teams to align goals.
• Monitor performance, ensure staffing and vendor performance, and optimize ROI.
