Salary: $24/Hr – location based.

Responsibilities

• Project control M&A exchanges from beginning to end by collaborating with internal staff.
• Plan for and assist with driving cross‑functional M&A events, create and hold regular status updates for each deal, and present updates to senior leadership.
• Support M&A integration planning and execution efforts to achieve the strategic and functional milestones of each transaction.

Qualifications
