Job summary

Howden Group Services Limited in New York is seeking a Growth Execution Manager to lead strategic growth initiatives across Global Practices. You’ll work with GP Leaders to identify opportunities and deliver measurable outcomes that drive our Specialty business forward.

You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, craft development plans, manage risks, and push thought leadership to strengthen capabilities and impact across practices. A results-driven, proactive mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Insurance industry experience preferred.
• 2–3 years of consulting, strategy, or project management experience.
• Strong relationship-building and influencing skills.
• Entrepreneurial, proactive, solutions-oriented.
• Team player in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Experience with data analysis is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Growth Execution Focus: identify and execute initiatives across six pillars and build trust-based stakeholder relationships.
• Strategic Planning and Delivery: create development plans and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure delivery.
• Thought Leadership and Innovation: lead development of strategies to strengthen capabilities across practices.
