Job summary

OpenArt is seeking a Growth Engineer focused on globalization for North America. You will own end-to-end globalization features, including multi-language infrastructure, region-specific onboarding, pricing experiments, and localization workflows.

You will collaborate with product, growth, design, marketing, data, and engineering to ship fast experiments, improve international SEO, and grow non-English activation and monetization across markets. Hybrid Bay Area role.

Qualifications

• Must have strong frontend engineering skills with React, TypeScript, and Next.js
• Must have strong product sense and growth mindset
• Must have experience building user-facing product features
• Must be able to move fast, ship experiments, and measure impact
• Must have good understanding of SEO, web performance, and conversion funnels
• Must be comfortable with analytics, A/B tests, and funnel metrics
• Must have strong ownership and ability to operate with ambiguity
• Must have clear communication and cross-functional collaboration skills

Responsibilities

• Build globalization infrastructure across languages, countries, and regions.
• Build global growth experiences including localized landing pages, onboarding, pricing, and checkout flows.
• Drive international SEO and programmatic growth with multilingual SEO strategies and technical implementations.
• Improve global monetization through regional currency displays and localized pricing
• Use data to drive growth decisions by analyzing funnel metrics and identifying bottlenecks
