Asana is seeking a data-driven Head of Global SEO/AEO to own worldwide organic growth, scaling SEO and AI-mediated discovery into high-performing channels. You’ll lead an in-house team with agencies, focusing on PLG and SLG metrics like trial starts and MQLs.

You’ll build a global strategy, forecast budgets, and drive multi-region SEO, content, and measurement. This role is based in San Francisco or Vancouver with a hybrid, office-centric schedule.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in SEO with senior team leadership experience in B2B SaaS.
• Oversaw organic growth across PLG and SLG motions with trial starts and pipeline ownership.
• Hands-on AEO strategy development, experimentation, and measurement.

Responsibilities

• Set global organic strategy and roadmap for SEO/AEO growth.
• Lead end-to-end AEO strategy with AI-mediated discovery.
• Direct content roadmap, aligning with search intent and competition.
• Partner with Marketing Ops to build attribution linking organic activity to conversions.
• Lead technical SEO, site architecture, data schemas, and international SEO.
• Build and lead a high-performing SEO/AEO team across regions.
