Qualifications

12+ years in international B2G capture management or related cross-functional leadership.
Ability to influence without authority and drive accountability across geographies.
Strong executive communication with dashboards and decision-support materials.
Deep operational rigor in schedules, milestones, risk and dependency management.
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally and obtain security clearance.
Experience with export controls, FMS and DCS pathways is preferred.

Responsibilities

Own the integrated international campaign picture across all regions and countries.
Provide templates, playbooks, data, inputs to GTM leads for capture plans.
Synchronize across functions to align schedules and resources.
Map and manage U.S. Government approvals, disclosures, and export sequencing.
Surface conflicts and provide recommended trade-offs to leadership.
Run operating cadence, risk registers, and executive dashboards for informed decisions.
