Job summary

Shield AI is seeking a Director of International Growth Campaign Leadership to unify regional GTM efforts across U.S. and global markets. You will align engineering, product, export, legal, and finance to deliver a coordinated international campaign plan and decision-ready insights.

Lead the cadence of campaign reviews, risk tracking, and executive reporting while ensuring timely, compliant, and cost-effective pursuit execution across time zones.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in international B2G capture management, program management, strategic operations, business operations, technical program management, or a comparable cross-functional leadership role.
• Demonstrated success leading highly complex initiatives with multiple interdependent workstreams.
• Working knowledge of international defense pursuit dependencies and approvals.

Responsibilities

• Own the global view of international campaigns across regions and countries.
• Enable GTM leads with templates, playbooks, data, and inputs for capture plans.
• Synchronize cross-functional teams to align resources and timelines.
• Map U.S. Government and approval critical paths including export and disclosure sequencing.
• Identify conflicts between campaigns and present tradeoffs to leadership.
• Drive executive-level cadence, risk registers, and dashboards to inform decisions.
