Job summary

AMETEK has a Global Business Development role within the Energy and Process Instrumentation BU. You will drive organic growth, market expansion, and ROI-focused NPD investments across Process Instruments, Chandler Engineering and Universal Analyzers.

Partner with BU leaders, Product Management, Engineering, and Commercial teams to translate market opportunity into double‑digit growth in orders, sales and profit.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 12–15+ years in business development, product management, strategy, or commercial leadership.
• Experience across multiple product lines or business units.
• Background in oil and gas, petrochemicals, chemicals, power/CEMS, industrial manufacturing, or process industries preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead execution of the E&PI growth strategy aligned to divisional priorities.
• Drive initiatives delivering double-digit growth in orders, sales and profit.
• Translate priorities into defined initiatives with owners, timelines and financial impact.
• Establish cadence to track pipeline, growth initiatives, and execution progress.
• Build cross‑business integration and bundled-solution opportunities across process instruments brands.
