Amazon in Austin, Texas is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support planning cycles and strategic projects across grocery, omni-channel, and new store formats. You will own planning reports, lead reviews, and deliver insights to inform senior leadership decisions while enabling automation and AI-enabled improvements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of finance, accounting, or related analytical field experience.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, or a related analytical field.
• Experience with advanced use of SQL for data mining and business intelligence.
• 3+ years of contributing to cross-functional initiatives that drive financial performance and strategy.
• 3+ years of dissecting financial data and identifying patterns that support business strategy.

Responsabilités

• Support planning cycles (e.g., rest-of-year, 1-year, 3-year, 10-year), including preparing financials reports and P&Ls, conducting in-depth analysis, and collecting key insight from finance partners.
• Drive strategic projects across our Amazon Grocery banners.
• Provide valuable insight for decision-making and financial planning.
• Analyze and recommend cost-saving opportunities.
• Support WW Amazon Stores Finance (IPAT) and Corporate FP&A to communicate grocery plans and performance to leadership and Board of Directors.
• Continue developing the team’s vision, establish a positive team culture, and develop top talent.
