Job summary

O-I is seeking a Grants & Incentives Manager to lead the global grants program, oversee governance, and ensure compliance across regions. You will partner with Finance, Legal, Tax, Treasury, and Operations to identify funding opportunities, evaluate ROI, and manage award processes from intake to realization.

Responsibilities include proactive evaluation of grants, tax credits, and incentives; leading applications, negotiations with authorities, and maintaining portfolio dashboards.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of progressive experience in grants and incentives, tax credits, public funding, or related field.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional projects.
• Experience evaluating, securing, negotiating, and managing material grants or incentive opportunities.
• Ability to influence senior leaders and work in a matrix organization.

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate global grants, incentives, tax credits, loans, and funding opportunities.
• Lead incentive opportunities from intake to award and compliance.
• Prepare and submit incentive applications and financial analyses.
• Negotiate with public authorities and external partners.
• Own portfolio governance, reporting, and compliance.
