Job summary

O-I Glass is seeking a Grants & Incentives Manager to lead global grants, incentives programs and compliance. You will partner with stakeholders worldwide, oversee applications, financial analyses, and reporting, and drive governance and strategic negotiations.

The role requires strong negotiation, cross-functional collaboration, and deep analytical capability to optimize ROI and manage risk across multiple regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Public Administration, Law, or related field required; advanced degree or certification preferred.
• 5-8 years of progressive experience in grants and incentives, tax credits, public funding or related fields; cross-functional project leadership.
• Proven ability to secure, negotiate, and manage material grants or incentives and ensure ongoing compliance.

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate grants, incentives, tax credits, loans, and funding opportunities globally.
• Monitor regulatory and economic trends and advise leaders on opportunities and risks.
• Lead incentive opportunities from intake to award and ongoing compliance, with project plans and governance.
• Prepare and submit incentive applications, business cases, and compliance documentation.
