Responsibilities

• Apply and communicate financial policies for grants and transfers.
• Coordinate with internal teams and partner orgs on financial activities.
• Maintain data across NetSuite, Studio Enterprise, and Donor Hub/MPDX.
• Process grants, reimbursements, international transfers, and payments.
• Assist intake, tracking, and follow-up of grant requests.
• Monitor inquiries and escalate complex issues as needed.
• Prepare reports on financial, operational, and regulatory areas.
• Maintain forms, workflows, and training resources.
• Support audit, compliance, and regulatory activities.
• Perform related duties as assigned.
