Job summary

ClimateWorks Foundation is seeking a Grants Specialist to support a wide range of grants, contracts, and gifts across the Programs team, coordinating with Finance for smooth processing. The Specialist will report to the Associate Director, Programs Operations and may support grantmaking in China, India and/or Indonesia.

The role requires a detail-oriented, collaborative and self-directed team member with strong time management skills to help administer several million dollars in grants annually.

• Experience with grants, contracts, and gifts across programs and initiatives.
• Ability to coordinate with Finance and Programs teams to ensure smooth processing.
